How I See It
- Your Ethnic Barista, 159****
- College-educated member of the minority who has developed a love of coffee and tea. I am your Ethnic Barista and this is where I document my journey of working at Starbucks. I got the idea for the blog's title after realizing one day at work that I was the only Asian/non-white barista among my Caucasian partners...and I live in a minority-dominated state. But this blog is anything but a racial thing. I'm very proud to be different and so here is one more perspective from a Sbux barista.
